Auto BCC is a feature which can come in very handy when you want to track all the emails sent out of the system. It's an easy way to copy all your emails to another system.
For security reasons, BCC is not added to the emails like Account Invitation, Email Verification and Reset Password.
Setup
- Go to
Desk > Admin > Email. - Turn ON Auto BCC switch.
- Fill in the BCC email in the field and
Save.
