Tickets by blocked customers are spammed by default

If you have blocked a customer, all the tickets by the customer or the tickets created by agents on behalf of the customer are marked as SPAM.

To access spammed tickets:

  1. Go to Desk.
  2. Click on the Menu icon on the top left to open the views menu.
  3. Select Trashed Tickets from the views menu.
